High Water Use Audit Program

The average American family uses more than 300 gallons of water per day at home. Simple adjustments can help you reduce your water bill and conserve more water. In some cases, a water leak or other issue may be causing a high water bill.

Our high water use audit program is designed to help members lower their utility bill and sustain our water supply now and in the future. Audits can detect leaks and over-watering. Don’t wait to be contacted! If you think your bill/usage is high, give Courtney Stevenson, our Water Conservation & Sustainability Specialist a call at 239-390-4919 or email her at cstevenson@bsu.us.

Here’s what our members have to say about the High Water Use Audit Program:

Thank you for reaching out to us. We discovered our pool service let the water run for a week. Good to see BSU’s capability to report abnormalities to members.

– David

Thank you so much for reaching out. After having BSU’s complimentary walk of our property, it was discovered we were overwatering and we were able to have our irrigation company change our settings remotely. Thank you again. – Kevin

After your team walked our property, it was discovered our pool autofill in the bushes was causing all our troubles. My husband managed to fix it. Thank you so much for alerting us about our high usage! – Kathy

Thank you, you guys are great. I appreciate it! – Carol
