ANC Fees
An Aid-To-New-Construction Fee (ANC Fee) is due for each connection to the Company’s water and wastewater system to defray all or a portion of the cost of providing service to the property. The average daily flow of one ERC is 250 gallons per day (“gpd”). The number of ERC’s based on the average daily flow is determined by dividing that average daily flow by 250 gpd.

ANC Fees for commercial and irrigation service is due for each connection other than single family, duplex and triplex Customers.
Assisted Living Faulty (ALF)
The ANC Fee for an Assisted Living Facility is calculated based on the estimated water capacity at a rate of 100 gpd/bed plus 5 gpd/meal served (resident or staff) divided by 250 gpd to determine the number of ERC’s. The number of ERC’s is then multiplied by the ANC Fee then in effect.
