Multiple Ways to Pay

Making payments online is safe and dependable. We use a secure system so our members can safely and securely make payments to their accounts. Members may pay in several ways. 

1. Online Bill Pay. Pay online through Invoice Cloud. You can also establish recurring payments through your financial institution.

2. Check or Money Order. Mail a check or money order to:

3. Via Phone. Call Customer Service at 239-992-0711 or toll-free at 800-583-1496.

4. In Person. Pay your bill in person at the Customer Service Center, via drive-through window or coming into the lobby, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. For evenings, weekends and holidays, there is a drop box located on the south side of the building at the drive-through window for your convenience.
