As a member-owned utility, BSU is committed to managing operations in a way that’s both equitable and financially responsible. To align costs more closely with how services are used, payment processing fees are applied directly by the payment processor for certain online and card transactions.

Making payments is simple, secure and flexible. Choose the option that works best for you.

Multiple Ways to Pay

1. Automatic Payment via BSU (No Fee). Set up recurring automatic payments directly with BSU for a convenient, fee-free way to pay your bill. Contact Customer Service at 239-992-0711 for help getting started.

2. Check or Money Order (No Fee). Mail a check or money order to:

3. In Person. Pay in person at our Customer Service Center via the drive-through window or in the lobby, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. For after-hours payments, a drop box is available on the south side of the building at the drive-through window.

4. By Phone. Call 239-992-0711 or toll-free 800-583-1496 to make a payment by phone.

5. Online Bill Pay (Processing Fee Apply). Pay online through Invoice Cloud. Make a one-time or recurring payment online through InvoiceCloud.

Credit/Debit Card Fee: 2.75% (minimum $2.95)
ACH (via InvoiceCloud) Fee: $1.95

You can also set up recurring payments through your financial institution; check with your bank for any applicable fees.
