Community Fund

This voluntary program rounds up the utility bills of participating members to the next highest dollar.

The average member contribution is just $6 per year and cannot exceed $11.88. It’s only pennies per month, but the dollars add up with your support. An estimated $20,000 could be raised each year and distributed to help our neighbors in need.

We are pleased to partner with our local United Way, with Community Fund contributions going to charitable organizations in Bonita Springs and Estero.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS

• Opt into the program by completing this form, or contacting Customer Service at customerservice@bsu.us or 239-992-0711.
• Each month, we will round your monthly utility to the next dollar. Example: a $40.65 bill will round up to $41.00 and $0.35 will go towards the Community Fund.
