Capital Credits: Verify/Update Your Contact Information
Please provide us with updated information so we can contact you regarding capital credits. Verifying your contact information is required to process any applicable capital credits. For faster processing, please provide your customer number (begins with the letter “C”) in the form.
Once the contact information is sent, a message will appear at the bottom of the screen indicating that the information has been successfully submitted.
- Current members who were eligible have received a credit on their account.
- Eligible former members have payment made available to them by check.
