Bonita Springs Utilities Inc.’s 2022 annual report and drinking water quality report are available online.
“The 2022 annual report provides an overview of the utility’s operations and activities, which includes information on our Hurricane Ian recovery efforts, WaterSmart, a new online portal for members to view their real-time water usage, upgrades to our water and wastewater facilities, conservation efforts and the utility’s financial statements and report,” said John R. Jenkins, BSU executive director. “The drinking water quality report provides specific information on our water source, raw water constituents and our water treatment processes.”
Both the annual report and drinking water quality report are available online year-round. BSU members can receive a copy of both reports by mail upon request.
The drinking water quality report, also known as a consumer confidence report, includes information about the source and quality of BSU-produced drinking water and documents the utility’s compliance with federal and state requirements.
