The nine-member Board of Directors sets policy for BSU and meets twice a month to conduct Company business. In addition, each director serves on various committees and task groups, working with BSU staff.

Board Meetings

Board meetings are held on the first and third Tuesday of every month, except for July, in the BSU boardroom, located in the Customer Service Center at 11900 E. Terry Street.

The next Board Meeting will take place Tuesday, September 15th, at 5:00 p.m.

Meeting agendas are posted the Friday before each meeting.

Members are welcome to attend and speak at board meetings in person. Any members interested in attending the meeting online may contact Krystal Dickout at kdickout@bsu.us by 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 15th, for further instructions.
