April is Water Conservation Month: Do your Part, Be Water Smart

Don’t be fooled by living in a state nearly surrounded by water – water is scarcer than you think. April is one of the driest months of the year here in Florida. As summer grows nearer and temperatures climb, so does water use.

To remind us to conserve water during this dry season, the state of Florida, water utilities, and conservation organizations designated April as Water Conservation Month.
