All members are invited to attend the Annual Meeting. The Board of Directors and staff will report on the company’s financial results and operational highlights, and receive member comment. 

2025 Board of Directors Election Update

On completion of the December 2024 application period, three candidates applied and qualified for three seats on the Board of Directors:

• Robert Bachman, board member since 2000 and current treasurer, who is owner and president of WBG SW Florida. 
• Wayne Bauman, board member since 2022, who has a career background in construction and engineering.
• Vincent Marchesani, board member since 2017, who is a retired vice president of global chemical company Basell North America.

In accordance with BSU bylaws, because the number of qualifying candidates does not exceed the number of seats available and each available seat is for a three-year term, the three candidates will be declared as elected by the Board of Directors at the Annual Meeting without the expense of an election by the members.
