In late February, Utility members will receive ballots for the annual election of members to the board of directors of Bonita Springs Utilities, Inc. In most years, three board seats are up for election to a three-year term on the nine-member Board, which sets policy and plays a vital role in the oversight and management of the utility.
Please contact Customer Service if you are not sure we have your correct mailing address on file, especially if you use paperless billing, so we can ensure you receive your ballot.

BSU is a member-owned, not-for-profit cooperative. Board members are elected on a one-member, one-vote basis. Every member who receives a bill is mailed a ballot.
